Refund Policy
As all Little Dreamer Decals products are made to order, they cannot be refunded or cancelled.
We encourage our customers to select their purchases thoughtfully, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind.
In the event that you receive an item that is damaged, please inform us within 14 days of receiving your order. Contact us at info@littledreamerdecals.com.au with your order number, along with detailed photographs and a description of the damage.
We reserve the right to make the final decision on the acceptance of returns. Any claims for damaged items will not be accepted without prior email notification and corresponding photographic evidence within the 14-day period following receipt of your order.
If you are eligible for a product replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your replacement return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery can not be returned.

Shipping Returns
In the event of a replacement for a damaged item being approved, please be aware that Little Dreamer Decals does not cover the costs of return shipping. For items valued at over $100, we recommend utilising a trackable shipping service or opting for shipping insurance. This is important as we cannot assure the receipt of your returned item.
The time required for your replacement product to reach you may differ based on your location. Rest assured, we will keep you informed and send a notification once your replacement has been dispatched.
